Shipping

General Information.

Artworks are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Limited Edition prints are made-to-order so please allow an additional 3-4 weeks on top of postage times.

All artworks are sent ‘sign on delivery’ to ensure you receive them safely. You will receive a tracking link and confirmation that I have sent your artwork, so you can keep up to date with its journey.

I send most artworks with Australia Post, except those especially large ones, heavy ones, or ones containing glass! For these artworks I use a courier service. In this case I will need to get a specific quote for you for the piece and destination. If this is the case for your chosen artwork it will be noted with the item description and I will get in touch to organize this with you. Please also feel free to make an inquiry regarding a courier quote in advance of a purchase.

Shipping within Australia.

Artworks posted within Australia will take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reach you. My location is considered ‘remote’ so time frames tend to be a bit on the longer end of that range for the east coast and other rural locations.

Shipping outside Australia (International Orders).

Artworks travelling overseas take approximately 10 business days to arrive. I have found it can take up to 15 business days to reach the United States on a few occasions however.

International Customs.

Please make any necessary inquiries in relation to customs and any related fees yourself if you feel that this could be a concern for your order. If there are any special considerations to take into account please let me know and I will always do my best to assist you! But please be aware this is your responsibility.

My artwork hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame?

I do keep an eye on the progress of your artwork from my end, but if for some reason you do not receive your artwork in the expected time frame, please let me know so I can make inquiries to make sure that it reaches you safely!

The packaging of the artwork looks opened or damaged?

I package your artwork very carefully to do my utmost to ensure that it reaches you safely. If it looks like the packaging of your artwork has been tampered with or damaged - please photograph the packaging prior to unwrapping for insurance purposes as well as the artwork inside if you note any issues. I package your artwork very carefully so it should be reaching you in perfect condition. I specifically use paper tape and mailers where you can see if the item has been opened (and possibly handled incorrectly by customs).

Please note this has only happened once in ten years, it is just good to be aware of what to do in advance.

If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
